Quick and Simple breakfast

I know it’s a New Year and everyone wants to start off on the right foot whether it’s eating healthy, exercise or life changes. Whatever it is I commend you for it because it’s not easy to corporate a new lifestyle or break some old habits.

So if eating healthy is your new lifestyle change, here is a quick breakfast idea for the busy working people.

All you need are one banana, two eggs, all-bran flakes cereal and I use 1% milk, you can substitute the 1% milk for almond milk.

Health facts- All-Bran flakes is high in fibre, which helps with weight control, it’s only 25g per cup of serving for a diabetic person. This cereal is not only healthy but it also filling. I add two boil eggs for my morning proteins.

All-Bran is a good healthy cereal you can corporate in your kid’s breakfast, my daughter loves it so that’s a bonus.
